3.3 Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed. Any winnings derived from gameplay by an underage player will be forfeited. 4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Changes to your registered details (including mobile number or email address) must be submitted to 209 pub support for verification before taking effect.
4.4 Account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes — are for your sole personal use. You must not share your login details with any third party. 209 pub will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
4.5 Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed or where 209 pub's fraud detection systems flag a transaction for review. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
5.1 209 pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported payment methods are subject to change and are displayed in the Deposit section of the Platform.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (PHP). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification level and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the depositing player's own legal name. 209 pub does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 209 pub does not charge deposit fees. However, the Player's payment provider may charge transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
5.5 209 pub is not liable for any delays in deposit crediting caused by the payment provider, network congestion, or other factors beyond 209 pub's reasonable control. If a deposit has not credited within 30 minutes, the Player should contact 209 pub's 24/7 support with the relevant transaction reference.
6.1 Withdrawals may be requested by verified Players to the payment method used for their most recent deposit, or to any other payment method registered in their own name and approved by 209 pub.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (PHP) for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers are ₱500. Specific minimums and maximums are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Platform.
6.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows (approximate, subject to verification status):
6.4 209 pub reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC has not been previously completed or where the withdrawal amount exceeds established thresholds.
6.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in the Player's own name. Winnings that cannot be attributed to legitimate gameplay, or that are found to result from bonus abuse, system exploitation, or fraudulent conduct, may be voided prior to processing.
6.6 209 pub does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. Third-party charges by payment providers are the Player's responsibility.
7.1 209 pub may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific individual terms published on the Promotions page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
7.3 209 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modifications do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and being actively wagered by a Player.
7.4 Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts to claim multiple bonus offers, or who are found to have engaged in any pattern of play designed to exploit bonus mechanics without genuine gameplay intent (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse"), will have their accounts suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
7.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or sold to any third party.
8.1 All game results on the 209 pub Platform are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 209 pub will apply reasonable procedures to determine the correct outcome, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the Player's balance.
8.2 RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, crash games, bingo) use certified random number generation software provided by third-party game suppliers. 209 pub does not and cannot alter the outcome of any individual game round.
8.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer (dealing cards, spinning roulette wheels) as captured by the game provider's live studio cameras. In the event of a dispute between the displayed result and a Player's recorded game history, the game provider's server log is the authoritative record.
8.4 Sports betting wagers are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the betting section of the Platform. Settlement of sports bets will follow the stated rules for each market, including rules governing abandoned matches, postponed events, and in-play betting.
8.5 Where a game or bet is offered by 209 pub in error (including but not limited to: incorrect odds, incorrect paytables, or games made available outside of their intended operational parameters), 209 pub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of wagering.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 209 pub Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

11.1 209 pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
11.2 Where an account is closed for a reason other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC.
11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, 209 pub reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including verified real-money balances, as may be appropriate to the nature and severity of the breach.
11.4 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 209 pub support. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours and any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to pending KYC requirements.
12.1 All content on the 209 pub Platform — including but not limited to: the 209 pub name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio content, and marketing materials — is owned by or licensed to 209 pub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
12.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without 209 pub's prior written consent.
12.4 Game content (game names, graphics, paytables, bonus features) is owned by the respective third-party game providers and is licensed to 209 pub for display on the Platform. Any unauthorized use of game content may constitute infringement of the game provider's intellectual property rights in addition to 209 pub's rights.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 209 pub's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱50,000 (PHP).
13.2 209 pub shall not be liable for:

14.2 By registering an account with 209 pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC, AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and direct marketing (where you have provided separate consent).
14.3 209 pub will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data sharing is limited to: regulated service providers (payment processors, KYC providers, game providers) acting under appropriate data processing agreements; and regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by law.
15.1 209 pub may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it affects Players' rights, financial terms, or responsible gaming provisions — 209 pub will provide notice of the change by displaying a notice on the Platform and/or by email to registered Players' addresses, no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
15.2 For non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and administrative updates), 209 pub may update these Terms without specific notice, with the change taking effect on the date shown in the "Last Updated" header at the top of this page.
15.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
16.3 Players who are residents of the Philippines acknowledge that the activities described on this Platform may be subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and applicable Philippine gambling regulations.
17.1 For any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, account-related matters, payment disputes, or responsible gaming support, you may contact 209 pub's customer support team through the following channel:
17.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, payment, or account action, Players should submit a formal complaint through the live chat or email channel within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated.
17.3 209 pub will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, the Player will be kept informed of progress at reasonable intervals.
17.4 These Terms and Conditions represent the complete and entire agreement between you and 209 pub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations on the same subject matter.
